- Probably wondering who VetSuccess Limited (Formerly Easy Direct Debits) are.
Your vet practice has moved the direct debit collection of your pets health plan to our company. You most likely have received a letter from us and want some reassurance or have a question.
You do not need to do anything!
So that your vet practice can provide better value and more personalised service, they have decided to bring the administration of their pet health plan in-house and move your direct debit payment to us at the same time.
Your payments will have automatically switched to VetSuccess and there will be no interruption to the membership benefits you enjoy.
Please be assured that the only change you will notice is that VetSuccess™ will now collect your payments.
Payments will show on your bank statement as either:
- BPS re Easy Direct Debits
- BPS re VetSuccess Limited
- Easy Direct Debits
- Pet Health Club
There is no need to complete a new Direct Debit instruction as details of the change will have been supplied to your bank, which may also notify you independently.
You will continue to be protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

As we are only the Direct Debit provider for your vet’s preventative healthcare plan, we cannot give you information on plan benefits or what coverage your pet has. This question is best placed with your vet practice.
We process Direct Debits for preventative healthcare plans, not pet insurance. You cannot make any claims through us.
To cancel your Direct Debit, the best way would be to contact your vet so they can make sure you are off the plan both for the payments, and the benefits. But you can also give us a call/email or cancel directly at your bank.
To update your payment date, give either us or your vets a call and this can be quickly done on our system.
Your bank details can be changed over the phone, either with us or your vets. Please be aware that to change bank details we will need to be speaking with the account holder of the new account.
As an existing customer adding a new pet on you should contact your vets to get registered on the plan.
